Conditios of purchase

These Sale Conditions apply to the sale of products by Mimare Clothing SRL.

Please read these conditions carefully before placing your order at Mimare Clothing SRL. When you place your order at Mimare Clothing SRL, you accept that you are bound by these conditions.

1. Our contract

When you place your order, we will send you a message confirming that we have received your order. Furthermore, we will inform you regarding the dispatch of your products. Nevertheless, you may change your order before it enters into the dispatch process.

You accept that invoices of your purchase will be by electronic means. Electronic invoices can be found in PDF format in the section “Mi Cuenta” (My Account) on the website and they will be sent to the email address that you submit to us during the purchase process.

2. 14-day right of cancellation, exception to the right of cancellation, guarantee of voluntary return and legal guarantee of conformity.


Unless one of the exceptions described below applies, you may cancel your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that you have indicated (other than the carrier) has received the articles purchased.

For this purpose, you must inform us (Mimare Clothing SRL, C/ Padre Barranco 42, 31, 46015 Valencia, of your decision to cancel your order. You must send your request pursuant to the instructions to be found in the section “Devoluciones” (Returns) at the website using this form. Once you have followed the steps indicated there, Mimare will confirm that it has received your request. All you have to do is send in your notice before the 14-day cancellation period has ended and return the article according to our instructions. does not assume ownership of the product returned until it receives the article at the return address. reserves the right, at its discretion, to reimburse the price of the product without demanding that it be returned. Mimare will refund to you the price of the product and the ordinary dispatch costs corresponding to the cheapest dispatch option we offer within 14 days counting from the day we receive the communication mentioned above. Mimare will use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless another means of payment is expressly agreed upon. In any case, you will not have to pay any fee arising from the said reimbursement. We may hold back the reimbursement until we have received the articles returned by you or until you provide us with proof that you have returned the articles, whichever occurs first.

Remember that you must return the articles according to the instructions available on our website within 14 days from the day you informed us of the cancellation. You will pay the direct cost of the return of the said articles; and you will be liable for the decrease in value of the articles returned as a result of handling the articles (except if this handling was necessary to find out the nature, characteristics and operation of the articles).

3. Prices and availability

All prices include the legally applicable taxes (VAT).

We include at the website information about the availability of the products we sell, with details of them on the page containing information about each of the products. We cannot offer more exact information about the availability of a product beyond what we show on the page with information about the product or in other sections of the website. When we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email if any of the products included in your order is not available. In that case, we will not charge you anything for the said product.

Remember that, except for indications to the contrary at the website, the estimated dispatch time is, in fact, no more than an estimate. It is not a guaranteed time and therefore cannot be considered definitive.

Despite our efforts to avoid it, the price displayed for a small number of the products included in our catalogue is not correct. We check the price when processing the order and in any case before accepting payment. If we have made a mistake and the correct price of the product is higher than the one that appears on the website, we may get in touch with you before dispatching the order so that you can confirm whether you wish to purchase the product at the right price or cancel your order. If the correct price of the product is lower than the one that appears on the website, we will charge you that lower price and proceed to send you the product.

5. Customs information

When you place an order at for a country that does not form part of the European Union, you may be obliged to pay import duty, which you will be charged when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional fee for customs will be at your expense. has no control whatsoever over the said fees. Customs policies vary a great deal from one country to another so please consult the relevant customs office for further information. Besides, remember that when you place an order with, the law formally considers you an importer and so you must comply with all the laws and regulations applicable in the country where you receive the product. Your privacy is a very important issue for us. We want our international customers to be aware that international dispatches are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

7. Our liability

Neither nor the companies in its group will be held liable for (i) any losses that cannot be imputed to any noncompliance on their part; (ii) entrepreneurial losses (including loss of profits, of earnings, of foreseeable savings, of data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary costs), or (iii) for any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the moment that both parties entered into the purchase contract of the products.

The legislation of some countries may not permit any or all of the liability limits mentioned above. Should the said legislation be applicable, some or all of the said limits may not be applicable. Furthermore, the said legislation could confer additional rights to those contemplated here.

None of the provisions of these conditions limits or excludes our liability in the event of misrepresentation or death or personal injury imputable to our negligence or deceit.

Furthermore, shall not be held liable for any delay or noncompliance of its obligations arising from these conditions should the said delay or noncompliance be imputable to circumstances outside our reasonable control. This provision does not affect your right to receive the product within a reasonable time span. Should the delay take place before the product is dispatched, will not charge any amount for the said product until it is dispatched, and you are entitled to cancel the order at any time before the said dispatch.

8. Applicable law

These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, expressly excluding the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Both parties agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts of the city of Valencia, which means that you may claim your consumer rights with regard to these sales conditions both in the Kingdom of Spain and your Member State of the European Union.

9. Modification of the sales conditions

We reserve the right to make changes in our website, our policies and our terms and conditions, including these Sales Conditions, at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Sales Conditions in force at the moment of placing your order, unless, by law or injunction of public authorities, a change must be made in the said terms and conditions, policies or these Sales Conditions (in which case, the said changes may be applicable to any order you have placed beforehand). Should any of these conditions be declared null and void, or ineffective for any reason, the said condition will be understood to be excluded without the said declaration affecting the validity or enforceability of the rest of the conditions.

10. Waiver

In the event of noncompliance on your part of these Sales Conditions, and although may not exercise any rights applicable at that time, may make use of those rights and actions on any other occasion on which you might violate these Sales Conditions.
